The Work
I'm an artist and product designer based in Utrecht. I make work that sits between the digital and the physical — starting on the screen and ending in the room. What holds it together is attention: looking at ordinary things long enough that they start to feel strange, and worth keeping.
My practice moves freely between two worlds — precise, layered digital forms on one side, and hands-on making on the other: cut-outs, sculpture, light, and space. I like the friction between the two, and I follow it wherever a project wants to go rather than settling into a single medium.
Products
Objects & Sculpture
My products are objects you can live with — pieces that carry the same care and detail as the larger work, at a scale that fits a home or a space. Each one begins with something familiar and turns it into an object with presence: part image, part sculpture, part everyday companion. All pieces are available, and commissions are welcome.
Installations
Space & Experience
My installations are made for a place — built around a particular space, light, or moment rather than dropped into it. They invite you to slow down and pay attention: to move around a form, to notice how light falls, to feel present in a room. Each one is guided by the idea of statisch ongedwongen — static yet free, grounded yet open. Most begin as a response to the space itself, and I'm always open to new commissions and collaborations.
